National Shipping (Germany)
For deliveries within Germany, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the date of dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following European countries: Sweden, Austria, Romania, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia.
This shipping cost to these destinations is 10.49€, and delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on the destination.
Currently, we are working on expanding shipping to other destinations.

Order Dispatch
You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped, confirming that your package is on its way.
Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, but we always do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchase within 30 days or receiving it. Please ensure that the item is sent back in the same condition as when it arrived, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Every returned item will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Send us photos of the damage so we can review the issue and get back to you with a suitable solution as soon as possible.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend always sending your return with a tracked shipping service and sharing the tracking number with us via email at info@themelonexplorer.com
When will my return be processed?
Once you have sent the product back to us and we have registered it, we will email you a confirmation and begin the refund process. Please allow up to 10 banking days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, even if the item was received as a gift.
