- Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • What are the shipping costs?

- Germany: calculated at checkout

- Europe: €10.49 flat rate

We currently ship exclusively within Europe.

We deliver to the following countries:Sweden, Austria, Romania, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Croatia.

We do not ship outside Europe at this time.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as we’ve received your order.

  • What is your return policy?

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be:

- unused
- undamaged
- in original packaging

  • Are return shipping costs refunded?

No, return shipping costs are not refundable.

  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • What does your 30-day money-back guarantee mean?

You can return your order within 30 days. Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, you can return them within 30 days and receive a full refund, no questions asked.

You will only need to cover the return shipping costs.

  • How will I receive my refund?

Once you have sent the product back to us and we have registered it, we will email you a confirmation and begin the refund process. Please allow up to 10 banking days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, even if the item was received as a gift.

  • Can I get a refund if the price has changed after purchase?

As an online store, prices may be adjusted depending on demand, promotional campaigns, or product availability.For this reason, if the price of an item changes after your purchase, we are not able to offer a refund for the difference.
