RECOMMENDATIONS
We suggest rinsing them with hot water after each use, especially if they’ve been used to hold liquids other than water. You can wash them using warm water with a mild soap, or if you prefer a natural option, use a mix of warm water with vinegar or add a teaspoon of baking soda. After washing, let the bottle air dry upside down and without the lid.
It is recommended to pour liquids at their consumption temperature.
Do not chill, freeze, or heat in the microwave.
We guarantee a replacement for products that arrive damaged or are unusable. However, please keep in mind that the warranty applies only to defects caused by manufacturing. Regular wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, faded or chipped paint, is not covered, as these are considered part of normal use.
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
Misuse or incorrect handling of the product
Unauthorized alterations or modifications
Accidental damage, including drops or impacts
